Who are we?

We are a humble Spanish entertainment organization, we make animations and games since July 11th, 2003.

Although we are mainly known for the Paper Yoshi series and A Dog's Tale, we also dedicate our passion to gaming and the community around the world. We might be small, but our projects grow big, modesty aside.

Create & Share. No limits.

In YonicStudios, we believe that our works should serve as inspiration to create your own "universe" of content, whether it is fan-based, commercial, controversial, or none of the former, so we encourage everyone to share our work in many ways.

CC-BY-SA

That is why, unlike most entertainment groups, all of our animations, games and designs are licensed with a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.

This means you are completely free, without any royalties nor fees, to reverse-engineer, remix, share, distribute, adopt (if abandoned), and produce derivatives of our proyects, even for commercial purposes. (Yes, this includes our complete support for piracy), as long as you credit our original work and use the same Creative Commons license.

Our slogan tells this in a nutshell: "Create your universe of universes".
